☘️*Jing ~ Tan Tien*☘️
The lower ~ Tan Tien is in the abdomen, its core is just below
and behind the navel.
This center is known as the *Jing* Tan Tien which is the location of our original Qi, represents our connection to Earth, and the power of reproduction through our sexual glands and organs.
The Jing Tan Tien is where we store energy ~ inner Qi
It is like our body's battery.
🌀*Qi ~ Tan Tien*🌀
The middle Tan Tien is in the chest.
This center is known as the *Qi* Tan Tien including the lungs, which are known as the commanders of Qi.
The Qi Tan Tien represents our connection to nature, and it is our lifeline in this divine dance of elements within the human body.
✨*Shen ~ Tan Tien*✨
The upper Tan Tien is in the head, at its core are the pineal
and pituitary glands.
This center is known as the *Shen* Tan Tien and represents our connection to consciousness,
the vast expanse of the universe,
knowledge, and wisdom.
The Three Treasures
is a Qi Gong practice focused on balancing the connection between the body, emotions and mind, with the Earth, our environment, and cosmic consciousness.
This practice was considered a secret knowledge which was only taught by a qualified teacher to a student endowed with the proper qualities.
This is a method that gives the practitioner access to increased mental and physical power, nourishes longevity, balances hormones and generates deeper concentration.

Half of this orbit takes place
in the Du Meridian
*aka* the Governing Vessel
which begins at the tip of the coccyx *aka* tailbone, flows up the spine, through the center of the skull to the top of the forehead,
tip of the nose, and ends at the space between septum & upper lip.
There are a total of 28 points
in the Du Meridian
7 of these points are emphasized in this portion of the orbit practice.
The additional half of the orbit occurs in the Ren Meridian *aka* the Conception Vessel which begins at the pelvic floor
*aka* the Perineum
The channel continues up the center of the abdomen to the navel, through the sternum, through the center of the throat, and ends at the point between
the chin and the lower lip.

Tao Yin (pronounced Dow Yin)
is a practice of opening and strengthening our meridians with a variety of standing and floor postures in combination with flows, constructed to guide your *Inner Qi* ~ energy ~ deeper within to cultivate increased wellness, peace of mind, and personal discipline.
This ancient method is practiced by all traditional schools of Martial Arts through out Asia and where it is taught world wide, to prepare practitioners for advancing in the performance of Martial Arts.
The many sequences were originally discovered as paintings and drawings within caves throughout the mountains of Asia.
In my classes, I have incorporated the floor postures of Tao Yin into Qi Gong sessions, especially for those who do not have the strength or discipline to practice only standing
postures and flows for an extended period of time. It became the unique signature of my classes.
There are also full Tao Yin only session, which provide a deep cultivation of *Inner Qi* awakening
your *life force* and
*life source* energy!
Tao Yin practice has many postures similar to the Ashtanga, Hath, and other Yoga traditional systems of India.
Tao Yin is a unique study for those already accustomed to the practice of Yoga due to its unique Taoist Philosophy and approach.

Segments of the methods used in this practice resemble techniques used in Kriya Yoga and Kundalini Yoga ~ although similar in ways,

I was very athletic as a child and teen, in my 20's and 30's I enjoyed hiking, bike riding, and long walks although my practice of more vigorous exercise had declined.
I was in good shape, but I started to have new types of health issues which gradually lead me to Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM.
I became aware of Qi Gong in 2013 and began to practice several days a week following videos that I liked on YouTube. At that time there were very few video's on Qi Gong but enough to get started.
As I learned more, my appetite grew, my health and well-being were becoming increasingly more stable and I was feeling great.
By 2017, I was so inspired by Qi Gong that I began to make videos for YouTube and social media.
I was convinced that the living presence of Qi was guiding me and it felt like I was being nourished by a firm, yet loving mother.
In 2018, I had a heartfelt realization that I really didn't know anything and that I needed to find a suitable teacher training certification program which I completed.
I am still continuing my education, Qi Gong is like a vast ocean, the learning never ends.
I look forward to practice with you.
